Proudley Associates Director Olivia Proudley Wins Prestigious R3 Young Professionals Award 2026
We are delighted to announce that Olivia Proudley MRICS, Director at Proudley Associates, has been recognised with the R3 Young Professionals Award 2026, celebrating her achievements and contribution to the insolvency and restructuring profession.
The award was presented at the R3 Business Lunch in London, a prestigious industry event organised by R3, the Association of Business Recovery Professionals, which brought together almost 600 professionals from across the insolvency, restructuring and business recovery sectors.
The R3 Young Professionals Awards recognise emerging talent and outstanding contributions from individuals helping to shape the future of the profession. Olivia's achievement reflects her dedication, expertise and commitment to delivering professional valuation and asset advisory services.
As a Chartered Valuation Surveyor and Director of Proudley Associates, Olivia plays an important role in supporting insolvency practitioners, lenders and businesses with specialist valuations, asset disposals and property-related advice.
Recognising Excellence in the Profession
The R3 Business Lunch provided an excellent opportunity to celebrate professional achievements, exchange knowledge and strengthen relationships across the industry.
Attending alongside Mark Proudley, Olivia was delighted to receive her award in the company of fellow professionals from across the UK.
Reflecting on the occasion, Olivia expressed her gratitude for the recognition and the support she had received, describing the event as a fantastic opportunity to reconnect with industry colleagues, establish new professional relationships and celebrate the achievements of others.
She was also pleased to meet Stephen Rome, Chair of the award judging panel, alongside fellow award winners Frances Coulson, Nick Harris and Lucinda Coleman.
Supporting a Worthwhile Cause
Beyond celebrating professional excellence, the event also raised funds for Alfie's Squad, a charity providing face-to-face peer support for children and young people bereaved by suicide.
Attendees heard from Alfie himself, who spoke movingly about his personal experience of losing his father at just eight years old. His courage and determination to help others left a lasting impression on those attending.
The event highlighted not only the strength of the professional community but also the positive impact it can make through supporting important charitable causes.
